Cancellations + reschedules
Cancellations or reschedules made 24 hours or less before the scheduled appointment will incur a 100% charge of the service fee. Cancellations or reschedules made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment will incur a 50% charge of the service fee. No call/no shows results in a 100% charge of the service fee and you will be blocked from booking with us for any future appointments.
Running Late
If you are running late, please do your best to contact me to let me know your ETA. Please understand that I may not be able to provide you with your full time as I have to accommodate following appointments for other clients. You are only guaranteed the amount of time of your scheduled appointment.
